All hours will be entered into HelpCounter, the volunteer database, by the school office or PTO volunteer chair. Allow 7-14 days from date of submission or event for hours to appear in your account.
Make sure your hours are accounted for by doing the following:
On campus.... sign in on the front office computer.
Make a donation....submit tracking form with receipt attached.
Attend a PTO meeting, SAC meeting or field trip - be sure to sign the sign-in sheet.
Have a teacher conference...complete a tracking form (expect 1st quarter which will be captured on teacher log).
Volunteer from home...complete tracking form and return to teacher.
Staff snacks/baked goods...sign the sign-in sheet in front office.
To view your hours log into School Volunteer Manager. Each parent will log into their own account, using their
email address on file to view the hours that have been recorded for that individual. To calculate your family's total you will combine the hours recorded for each parent.
