Behavior Plan and Expectations

Although behavior plans may vary from grade to grade, there are certain expectations that will not change.

Students' agendas are checked daily and they are to be signed by parents each night. If a student fails to have his or her agenda signed, he or she will be moved to yellow. If behavior is an issue, students will be moved to yellow as the teacher sees fit. If the behavior is constant, parents will be contacted immediately (via Bloomz) and an action plan will be put into place for that student.

Although I will not write in students' agendas, it is important that students are writing down their homework, and even if they don't have any they should write "none". This will help them get in the habit of writing homework down to better prepare them for middle school next year.
