It is expected that you are reading with your child each night and switching off practicing sight words and math facts to help increase fluency in both math and reading!
This is in conjunction with getting on I-Ready at home. Ideally your child will do 15 minutes of math one night and 15 minutes of reason another night. We do not want your child to exceed 50 minutes of I-Ready per week, per subject (this includes the time spent on it in class). Please do not have your child get on I-Ready for an excessive amount of time at home.
** Please remember that the students have 15 minutes every day in school to work on math and then another 15 minutes every day to work on reading. Your child should be able to meet their goals every single week, especially if they are spending time on at home as well.**
