Building & Permit Department

The Town of Oakland is currently operating under the 7th Edition (2020) Florida Building Code. 

It is the responsibility of the Building & Permit Department to apply and enforce the current Florida Building Code and additional adoptions by the Town of Oakland. 

Town of Oakland has contracted Willdan Engineering, Inc. to serve as the Building & Permit Department for the Town. The Building & Permit Department staff sits offsite.
