 CONSOLIDATED TOWN PLANNING PROJECT APPLICATION 

Steps/Meetings: After Application is deemed complete: 

  • Step One: Staff reviews application, may include Project Evaluation Group (PEG)
  • Step Two - Appearance Review Board - First Tuesday of month, required for nonresidential and multiple family buildings to review architectural elevations.
  • Step Three - Planning and Zoning Board - Third Tuesday of month 
  • Step Four: Town Commission - Second and fourth Tuesday of month
  • Meetings Scheduling by Town Clerk – Steps 2, 3 and 4
