 $5.71 per 1,000 gallons

Residential - Multi-Family

+ $8.25 usage charge per 1,000 gallons

Additional Charges

An additional 25% surcharge applies to water customers located outside the Town limits.

Utility bills also include the following fees:

  • 10% utility tax.
  • Effective February 1, 2026 - 

Payments Due


Payments are due on the 10th of each month. Late fees are assessed on the 11th of the month. Disconnections are performed on the 20th. Please be aware that you will not receive a reminder notice.
